Decorating & plastering
Proper preparation first, which is where most paint jobs fail.
- Re-skimming & patch repairs
- Artex & ceiling removal
- Interior painting & wallpaper
Home refurbishment,
done properly.
Decorating, plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and carpentry. One skilled tradesman from strip-out to finish, at one fixed price.
About HomeRenew
Most refurbishments need four or five trades. Hire them separately and you become the project manager, chasing each one and waiting in between. At HomeRenew, Ionut Ursu does all of it himself, so the job runs start to finish without the gaps.

FAQ
Common questions.
Are quotes really free?
Yes. The visit and the written quote cost nothing, with no obligation.
Will the price change once work starts?
No. The quote is fixed for the work described. If you add to the job, or something hidden turns up (such as rot behind old tiles), we show you and price it before doing anything.
Do you supply materials?
Either way. We can supply everything at trade prices, or fit what you've bought. The quote will say which.
Do you do gas or electrics?
Certified gas and electrical work is done by registered partners, and you receive their certificates. We coordinate it, so you still deal with one person.
Are you insured? Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Fully insured with public liability cover, and all workmanship carries a 12-month written guarantee.
How do payments work?
Usually a deposit to cover materials, with the balance on completion once you're happy. It's all set out in the quote.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Between-let and end-of-tenancy refreshes are a big part of our work, with quick turnarounds and proper invoices.
